Inside: living room with library, dining room, 2 bedrooms (1 x 160cm bed, 1 x 180cm bed), 2 bathrooms (1 with WC), 1 separate WC, large kitchen, plenty of crockery and cutlery, and enclosed terrace with table and chairs for lunch/dinner, with small outdoor kitchen + 1 garage.
A well-stocked mini-market is 900 m from the house in Carvalhal Grande.
Tomar is less than 10 mns by car, with all amenities and many tourist attractions (documentation on site), including the historic center and the Templar convent (city of 50,000 inhabitants).
Within a 30-minute drive: Fatima, Ourem, the river beaches on the Zèzère, Constancia and Almourol Castle.
Between 30 mns and 1 hour: Batalha, Leiria, Obidos, Peniche peninsula, Nazaré beaches
Porto is 1h30 away, Lisbon 1h15.
