Space
Our 65 m2 luxury apartment is located on Rue Jean-François Gerbillon, on the first floor (easy access) of a beautiful Haussmanian building. Entirely renovated with taste, the apartment enjoys an exceptional location in the heart of Paris' chic 6th arrondissement. The Ste-Placide, Rennes and Sèvres-Babylone metros are less than 5 minutes' walk away. The fabulous Jardin du Luxembourg is just 10 minutes away! Numerous shops and cultural attractions in the neighborhood.
The apartment features a fully-equipped kitchen: large sink, fridge-freezer, 5-burner hob, microwave, dishwasher, steam oven, washer-dryer... The kitchen opens onto a very pleasant living room with a sitting area for relaxing in front of the TV (free access to Free TNT, Canal+ and Canal+ Sport).
For your comfort, all rooms in the apartment are equipped with air conditioning for those warm summer days.
The sleeping area comprises :
- a first bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and storage space.
- a second bedroom with a sofa bed, air conditioning and storage space.
Both rooms overlook the courtyard and are in absolute calm.
The apartment includes two bathrooms with walk-in showers and vanity units. 2 WCs including 1 separate Japanese WC.
Pay parking is available less than 3 minutes' walk from the apartment (Q-Park Saint-Placide - Sèvres - rue de Rennes). Thanks to its location, you'll have all the comforts you need for a great Parisian stay! Numerous restaurants and shops (Le Bon Marché) are within easy reach of the apartment.
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we provide all linen, including sheets, blankets and towels, for the duration of your stay. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be paid by pre-authorization on your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit. The amount is EUR 300

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.
