This 55 m² gîte welcomes you for a stay with family, friends or business travelers.
It's located in the heart of the Beauce region, in northern Loiret, 1h30 from Paris and 30 min from Orléans and Pithiviers.
Many activities are possible: meet the animals at the Ferme des petits bergers, swim at the Aquanova aquatic center, walk, cycle or horse ride...
Nearby, don't miss the Théâtre Forain museum, the Jardin des 4 Saisons, the Château de Chamerolles and the village of Chevilly.
The large garden is a great place to relax. The single-storey gîte (adjoining the owner's house) comprises a living room with fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the lounge (with sofa bed 140x190 cm), a bedroom with a double bed 160x190 cm (or two single beds 80x190 cm), a shower room with walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
Private parking in the courtyard. Private terrace and unfenced garden shared with the owner.
All-inclusive rates: bed linen and towels provided, bed made on arrival, heating included and end-of-stay cleaning included.
Pets (small dogs) accepted on request. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Arrival between 3pm and 9pm. Departure at 10 am maximum.
