Welcome to Dream View Studio!
This spacious 40m² studio in the seafront Mont Vernon residence offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant vacation.
Ideally located opposite the Baie Orientale beach and just 5 minutes from the shops, you'll be able to make the most of your vacation.
The studio comprises an entrance hall with a fully equipped kitchen, including fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, 4-burner induction hob, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher. There's also a bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and washing machine.
The sleeping area has a comfortable king-size bed (180x200) and a dressing room. The living room has a full-size sofa bed for 2 extra people, a pleasant view of the sea and the residence's huge communal swimming pool (open all year round from 8am to 6pm).
You'll also have access to connected TV and fiber optics.
The private covered terrace lets you enjoy your meals while listening to the sound of the waves.
You'll also appreciate the residence's non-nominal parking lot, where you can park your rental car in complete safety.
Cleaning and linen are included in your stay.
Additional cleaning on request can be arranged at extra cost, as can the rental of cots.
Please note that you are arriving on a small island where the infrastructure may differ from that of the mainland, which may occasionally lead to disruptions in the water and electricity networks. However, the distribution companies do their utmost to quickly restore any outages. The water we distribute comes from a desalination plant that requires electricity to operate. We accept no responsibility for any disruptions beyond our control.
