Gîte with private terrace offering a magnificent view of the Loire, this accommodation is ideal for a getaway with family or friends. Located in a privileged setting overlooking the Loire and close to all amenities.
Just 15 minutes away, embark on a memorable experience with Les Passeurs de Loire, and discover the beauty of the region from a traditional boat. Orléans and the Château de Sully-sur-Loire, with their rich heritage, are just a 30-minute drive away.
Nearby you'll find the Domaine de la Charbonnière, the Musée de la Tonnellerie in Chécy and the Parc Floral de La Source... Accessed by a few steps, the first floor comprises a fully-equipped kitchen, a living/dining room and a shower room with toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms, each with two single beds 90x200 cm (convertible into a double bed 180x200 cm if required), a shower room with toilet and a bathroom with toilet adjoining one of the bedrooms (toilets are sanibroyeur).
Long terrace of approx. 30 m2 with view of the Loire (a few steps lead up to the terrace).
Public parking in the street.
Rates include: bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival, towels and electricity included. End-of-stay cleaning is available at an additional cost of €20 per stay. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Arrival between 3pm and 8pm. Departure at 11am maximum.
