This villa benefits from a beautiful 1390m² plot, with private swimming pool (4X8M, secured by an alarm) and views over the hills of the Domaine de Valcros.
For your security, the villa is gated.
Possibility of parking two vehicles inside the villa.
Inside, a living/dining room opening onto the terrace and its pergola.
A fully equipped kitchen (gas piano, induction hob, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle...etc). Separate toilet.
In the sleeping area upstairs, a double bedroom with shower room and bed (160*200cm). A second bedroom with a double bed (140*190cm). A third bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), bathroom and separate toilet.
For your comfort: Wifi, Tv, washing machine, dishwasher, electric barbecue, sun loungers, swimming pool, garden...
To be paid on site: Deposit €1,600 (by credit card, not debited), tourist tax (according to current rates), compulsory end-of-stay cleaning €160.
