Stay in Marseille in this very large 130 m2 apartment with 4 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people in a luxury residence. You'll enjoy several sunny balconies and a beautiful unobstructed view.
Space
Our 130 m2 apartment is located in Traverse de la Gaye, on the 7th floor with elevator of a luxury residence. Completely renovated, the apartment boasts several south-facing balconies and a sea view. The Stade Vélodrome is a 5-minute bus ride away, and the Old Port is a 15-minute drive.
The apartment comprises a fully-equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a large dining table and a sitting area with a coffee table. The living room opens onto a large balcony. The apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning in the living room only.
The sleeping area comprises :
- a first bedroom with a double bed and storage space,
- a second bedroom with a double bed, private balcony and storage space,
- a third bedroom with a double bed, private balcony and storage space,
- a fourth bedroom with a double bed, private balcony and storage space.
The accommodation includes a bathroom with a bathtub and a bathroom with a shower. 2 separate WCs.
Street parking available.
You'll have all the comforts you need for a great stay in Marseille! Restaurants and shops are close by.
As this residence is mainly occupied by owners who live here all year round, we would be grateful if you could respect its peaceful atmosphere (no noise, no parties).
In order to offer you the best possible welcome, we provide household linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your booking to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be made by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit. The amount is EUR 500

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.
