The staircase that leads to the rooms is steep and without a handrail. The property must be returned in a suitable condition otherwise charges may be applied. No excessive noise between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.. No parties are allowed. To open the pool, remove the hooks before rolling up the cover.
