This apartment is located on the 3rd and penultimate floor of a new 3-building residence.
It offers 59 m² of living space: an entrance hall with a large cupboard, a living room opening onto a balcony (rapido 140 cm sofa bed), a fully fitted and equipped open-plan kitchen (refrigerator with freezer x2, induction hob x3, hood, oven, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle and toaster). A hallway leads to a spacious 12 m² bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed with drawer storage and a large closet, opening onto a balcony, a 2nd 9 m² bedroom with a 90x200 cm bed and a second 90x200 cm pull-out bed with drawer storage, a large closet and also balcony access via the French window, a lovely, large 5 m² shower room with a comfortable Italian shower and storage, then separate toilets with hand shower, washbasin and laundry area (washing machine).
