Looking for a quality home to host you and your family or friends on the Cote d'Azur?
Our brand new villa can sleep comfortably up to 11 people in 6 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. Five bedrooms are on the upper floor including two bedrooms with an access to the 13m2 balcony to enjoy an open-wide mountain view with a little fortress of the neighbor city. The 6th bedroom is situated on the ground floor, next to the dining/living room.
Spacious living room with a comfortable Roche Bobois sofa and a marble coffee-table. Dining space with a modern glass dining table comfortably sitting 10-12 pers.
Beautiful and spacious terraces made of marble stone carpet. A cozy pool-house / summer kitchen with a gas BBQ to have your meals outside in the comfortable shade.
A heated and salted pool (10m x 4m) with stylish modern sunbeds is available from April to October.
Free parking for up to 5 cars.
We are sorry we do not accept pets.
