In Seignosse Penon, small semi-detached house on one level located in a quiet area with beaches and shops within walking distance, ideal for family vacations. On the first floor, you'll enjoy a living room opening onto a lovely terrace, a separate kitchen and an independent toilet. Upstairs, the sleeping area comprises two bedrooms with double beds (140cm), one of which has a TV, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90cm), and a shower room with toilet.

In Seignosse, the beach is 6 kilometers long, so you can always find a quiet spot to put your towel down...On the practical side, there are showers, straw huts, cabins with surf schools, and lifeguards to look after you.
Forget your car and do everything on foot or by bike: that's what a real vacation is all about, and it's much quicker to get to the market. The bike path known as La Vélodyssée runs right through the neighborhood. We share it with joggers, rollerbladers and skaters...
