A breathtaking view of the hill, On a plot of 865 m², this new house of 120m², fully air-conditioned, tastefully furnished, Villa Alice is made for your vacation and can accommodate up to 6 people.

The house includes:
A super sunny main room with fully equipped open kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee machine, etc.) opening onto a dining area followed by the living room.
1 separate toilet, 1 laundry area with dryer and washing machine.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms:
-1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed (Tempur mattress) + television.
-1 bedroom with 160cm bed and its shower room +1 sink.
These two rooms offer you a view of the Plan de la Tour hill, the very well-kept garden and the swimming pool.
-The third bedroom: 160cm bed, view of the side of the garden.
-1 shower room with two sinks.
-1 independent toilet
Outdoors :
Two terraces, each with furniture for your meals with friends or family. You will enjoy these two places depending on the sun.
A barbecue area on the side of the house is installed to prepare your grill evenings
For your moments of relaxation, deckchairs await you around the secure 8x4 m swimming pool and the jacuzzi.
You want to come to the village, a short 10-minute walk will take you there. The village has managed to keep its typical side of the villages of the South. Many local shops await you there.
There you will find a butcher, bakery, grocery store, tobacconist, press, ready-to-wear shops, pharmacy, bar, restaurants.
Market on Thursday morning on the Town Hall Square. Come and discover the specialties of the South and end this moment of relaxation with a glass of rosé on a terrace sheltered by plane trees.
Bed and bathroom linen are not included in the reservation. Our concierge offers you the rental of linen kits charged at 30 euros per person per week Any week started is due. If you wish this service, it will be payable on the day of your arrival.
