The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in Vars, this charming 25 m² flat with mountain views and ski resort within walking distance, which can accommodate up to 5 travellers. Located on the 6ᵉ floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a kitchenette and a bathroom. Wifi included, we're just waiting for you!
The flat comprises
- A 20 m² living room with pull-out sofa bed (sleeps 2), sofa bed (sleeps 1), TV and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A sleeping area with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with bath

Outside area :
- A 7m² balcony, with furniture to make the most of fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Vars, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the public car park near the accommodation. An electric vehicle recharging point is available 400m from the tourist office.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Guillestre/Montdauphin 20 km away (27 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Marseille Marignane 243 km (3 hours by car)
- Shuttles (when resorts are open): from Guillestre/Montdauphin SNCF station to the resort, from Guillestre bus station, internal shuttles to the resorts.
