The Laforet Bandol - Le Temps Des Vacances agency is pleased to offer you this house with garden, ideal for a family with children. Located in a quiet residential area 10 minutes walk from shops. The rental is located as follows, you enter a living room opening onto a fully equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto a dining room. The entire ground floor opens onto the garden. Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms. The first with 2 single beds (90*190 trundle bed) and the second with a double bed (140*200) A bathroom with toilet completes the upper floor and a separate toilet on the ground floor. You can park a car in the driveway in front of the garage and also have spaces on the street. We require a 25% deposit. Payment of the balance is made 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival unless booked at the last minute. The tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is that specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included and already included in the price. For greater comfort, you have the option of choosing optional sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged 100 euros extra. Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged extra.
