In a peaceful setting, this 110 m², three-bedroom T4 apartment can accommodate up to 6 people, with two terraces, located on the second floor of a contemporary house.
Enter through an airlock and climb ten or so steps to reach a large, bright living room with two exposures (north and south). It includes a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 3-burner induction hob, hood, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, traditional oven), a dining room and a comfortable living room with sofas, armchairs, TV with sound bar and a beautiful fireplace. From here, you have access to the north- and south-facing terraces. A hallway leads to a first north-facing master suite with access to the north-facing terrace: 160cm bed, TV, shower room with en-suite WC. This is followed by a second south-facing bedroom with two 90cm beds (motorized to form a 180cm bed) and a closet, and a third south-facing bedroom with a 160cm bed and a closet/wardrobe. Separate WCs and a shower room with washing machine complete the layout.
The two terraces, one facing south (accessible from the living room) and a second L-shaped terrace of approx. 60 m² facing south and west, are furnished. The north-facing terrace offers a magnificent 180° view of Arcachon harbor, its boats and its basin. The apartment has a modern, uncluttered decor, is very well equipped (Internet/WIFI) and benefits from a quiet environment. A parking space is available on the premises (or free street parking if required). The location is ideal: beaches are 300 meters away, shops (butcher, greengrocer, etc.) 150 meters away, the center of l'Aiguillon (bakery, supermarket, newsstand) 500 meters away, and the municipal market 1.7 kilometers away. Pets are not allowed. Household linen provided. Cancellation insurance included (membership optional). Cleaning on departure is included, after normal and regular maintenance of the rental during the stay.
