To entertain young and old alike, you'll find plenty of equipment on site (darts, Molkki, basketball hoop, table tennis, table soccer, etc.) and activities nearby: rowing boat and bike hire, tennis court 700m away, golf driving range 10 minutes away (initiation by the owner on request), beach and water sports at Lac de Villiers (10 minutes), fishing in the Loir, etc.
In Thoré-La-Rochette, a wine-growing village, you'll find a bakery and a grocery store (supermarket and other shops in Vendôme, ten minutes away), as well as wineries, a troglodyte village (Troo), the Château de Rochambeau, the town of Vendôme (10 kms) and its historical treasures... and don't hesitate to hop on the little train of the Loir Valley (authentic 1950s railcar) to discover the riches of the Vendôme region.
