Ground floor: large entrance hall, wc, fitted kitchen opening onto the living/dining room. Upstairs: sitting/reading area on landing, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 1.40 m and 1 bed 0.90 m, separate wc, shower room, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 1.40 m and 1 bed 0.90 m. Electric heating (gentle heat from cast-iron radiators) is included, and bed linen is provided. You can park your car in the property's private parking lot, which is completely fenced in. To complete your stay, if you wish, professional massage treatments are available in a small chalet on the property. Dogs are welcome, provided they are supervised and kept on a leash. Leisure facilities available: petanque and volleyball court, slide and swing for children up to 7 years old + slide for children over 7 years old + various games (balls, molky...). Non-smoking accommodation. Close to the most famous Châteaux in the Loire Valley and 15 minutes from the Beauval ZooPark, one of the largest in Europe, this detached house, close to the owners' house but not overlooked, is perfect for a stay with family or friends. You'll enjoy its large landscaped garden, and children will be delighted to find plenty of play equipment at their disposal.
