Central heating included. Carport. Fishing on site in the Sauldre river which borders the property (canoeing possible). If you bring your own pet: cleaning charge €90. Only 1 animal accepted in agreement with the owner. Leisure facilities at your disposal: Indoor games: card games, board games, construction games (large Lego-type games), books, puzzles ..... Outdoor games: ball, table tennis, swing, slide, rope ladder, badminton, boules........... 35 min from the main Loire castles and Beauval ZooPark, near Romorantin, in the heart of the Sologne, in a former sheepfold, detached house opposite the owners, with private, unenclosed grounds not overlooked.
