In the heart of the châteaux of the Loire Valley and at the gateway to the Sologne, we welcome you to a completely restored, south-facing farmhouse with independent access and enclosed courtyard (approx. 500 m²) with lawn area and tiled terrace (barbecue and deckchairs available). Table tennis available. Accommodation in enclosed grounds with terrace. Not overlooked, overlooking a wooded park adjoining the gîte. Ground floor: entrance, open-plan fitted kitchen with sitting area, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), shower room (Italian shower) and separate WC. First floor: landing, 1 bedroom with 2 90cm beds, 1 bedroom with 1 140cm bed, shower room, WC. Outside access to laundry room with washing machine. Not specifically adapted for the disabled. Heating and electricity included. Baby equipment on request (cot, high chair). The gîte is located on a "Châteaux à vélo" loop, 2 km from La baignade naturelle: open-air ecological swimming pool, in a wooded setting with picnic facilities, 6 km from Château de CHEVERNY, which inspired Hergé (Tintin), 8 km from Château de CHAMBORD, with its forest park and wild animals, 11 km from Blois: royal castle, cathedral, museums... 35 km from Zoo Parc de BEAUVAL.
