This villa, located in Palaja, is ideal for 10 vacationers. It offers 5 bedrooms, an indoor pool, open all year, an enclosed garden and WiFi.
The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi and a radio.
The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 10 or outside, in the garden or on the terrace enjoying views of the swimming pool and the mountains.

The two swimming pools are heated, and have a counter-current swimming and balneotherapy system. the indoor swimming pool was voted the most beautiful swimming pool in the world by the american swimming pool competition. Upstairs, you will find a beautiful terrace with a summer bar and the jacuzzi area, just as pleasant in summer as in winter with a view of the sunset. In the basement is the wellness/fitness area with the indoor swimming pool, the hammam, a powerplate and even a professional uv cabin. You will enjoy an exceptional outdoor space: a 5000m² garden entirely designed by the landscaper jean mus. you will find a summer kitchen, a pétanque court and ping pong table. The house has 600m² indoors, you will find two fireplaces, a billiard table, and a grand piano to be used with caution (only if you are a pianist.). In terms of sleeping arrangements, you will have two large master suites with private walk-in shower and toilet. you will find two other bedrooms with double beds and a shared bathroom as well as a separate toilet. the last bed is a convertible sofa located near the wellness area in an english boudoir which serves as a bedroom with walk-in shower and private toilet. You will find a tv in each room, as well as independent air conditioning in each room, allowing you to choose different temperatures. If you like cooking, you will love the kitchen area which has 5 ovens (steam oven, wood oven, professional ovens, dual function microwave oven), professional cooking ranges, two extraction hoods, coffee machine professional, beer pump, 2 dishwashers, fryer, japanese plancha and many other equipment. There is also a laundry room in the house with everything you need, washing machine, dryer, drying racks etc.. The advantage of the location of this villa is that you will feel isolated from the world, while being close to all amenities: just 50 meters (3 minutes by car) you will find a super u, butcher, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, hairdressers, hospitals etc.. The house is located only 1 kilometer from the city of carcassonne.
