Ideally located halfway between La Londe's beaches and the town center, and just 2 steps from the Promenade des Annamites, you can leave your car in the parking lot and enjoy your vacation by bike!

Entrance via wicket gate to south-west-facing terrace of approx. 30 m².
Living room with 140 cm sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, mobile air-conditioning.
-Kitchenette: fridge-freezer, extractor fan, mini oven, 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave. (classic coffee maker + dolce gusto + toaster). Electric barbecue. Stand-up table and 6 bar stools.
-Bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet.
Master bedroom with double bed (140cm), closet, built-in cupboards, window with shutter.
First floor:
-A mezzanine with a 140 cm bed, low storage space, fan and window.
Outside
-A 30 m² terrace equipped with an awning, table and 6 chairs, 2 chiliennes, a separate room with washing machine.
-Secure disabled parking space
Pets not allowed, non-smoking accommodation.
Swimming pool: open from May to October, 8.30 a.m. to 7.00 p.m.
Please respect the pool rules.
La Résidence: swimming pool, children's pool, green areas, bike racks, numbered parking, Annamites promenade nearby, beaches 2.4 km away.
Linen not provided (linen can be rented from the Laundromat des îles in La Londe).
Other remarks
Gate access: with remote control and vigik for gate opening.
Access to the residence is via an automatic gate, exit via a 2nd automatic gate at the end of the residence.
No arrivals or departures on Sundays.
The cleaning included is an inter-rental cleaning to guarantee the standards of hygiene and cleanliness in force, and not a restoration. This is why, on departure, the accommodation must be in an appropriate state of cleanliness: dishes clean and tidy, dustbins emptied, clean mattress covers, (please do not leave any food in the fridge and freezer), in which case we will be obliged to deduct part of the deposit.
