Ideal for couples: you'll fall under the spell of this air-conditioned 2-room apartment for 2 people only, in a residence with swimming pool, elevator and basement parking. Just a stone's throw from the town center shops and 3 km from the beaches along the Promenade des Annamites, this is the ideal setting for a romantic vacation!
The apartment
We've fallen in love with this 37m² air-conditioned 2-room apartment with 6m² loggia in a new residence with swimming pool. It is designed for a maximum of 2 occupants and is located on the 2nd floor with elevator. It faces south-east and is composed as follows:
-An entrance hall with a storage locker leading to :
-A bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet, washing machine, towel rail, vanity unit, pedestal unit and storage shelves.
An air-conditioned bedroom opening onto the loggia, with 2 x 80cm beds forming a 160cm bed, wall-mounted TV, bedside tables, 1/2 ½" dressing room with shelves, suitcase cupboard with shelves and compartmentalized storage unit.
-A brand-new fully-equipped kitchen: large fridge-freezer, oven, combined microwave, 4 induction hobs, hood, dishwasher.
Air-conditioned living room with sofa, wall-mounted TV, dining table, storage unit, coffee table and footstool. Blackout blinds and windows with shutters.
-A pleasant southeast-facing loggia equipped with 2 armchairs, a coffee table and a blackout blind.
2 occupants maximum
Non-smoking accommodation.
Pets not allowed.
Basement parking in the residence.
Swimming pool open from June to September.

This apartment is intended for a maximum of 2 occupants.
The sofa in the living room must not be used as a bed.
Please comply with the pool rules.
Bed linen and household linen are not provided.
No arrivals or departures on Sundays.
Please note: the housework included is an inter-rental cleaning service to guarantee the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness, and not a repair service. This is why, on departure, the accommodation must be in a suitable state of cleanliness: dishes clean and tidy, dustbins emptied, clean mattress covers, (please do not leave any food in the fridge and freezer), in which case we will be obliged to deduct part of the deposit.
