Very modern, comfortable villa "Vista Golf 30". In the centre of Salobre Golf Resort, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet. Private: beautiful, well-kept garden, swimming pool kidney shaped (5 x 3 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Parking at the house. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families, baby equipment on request. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
