Private: property 2'000 m2, large garden (not fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, lawn for sunbathing. Garden furniture, barbecue. 1.1 km long bumpy, steep motor access to the house (via unmade road, mountain road). Parking at the house. Supermarket 5.1 km, bar 5.1 km, railway station "Morbegno" 5.1 km.
