What's more, you have the option of private parking worth €25/day to guarantee the comfort of your stay. The nearest metro station, Muntaner, makes it easy to get around the city.
The Modern Duplex with Private Garden and Swimming Pool for 10 people welcomes you with a dynamic, modern design, divided into two levels to offer an atmosphere of luxury and comfort in every corner. The first level is reserved for communal areas, where you'll find a spacious living-dining room with direct access to the garden and private pool. Here you can relax, sunbathe, enjoy a drink or simply share eloquent evenings with loved ones. The fully equipped kitchen is the perfect setting for your culinary talents. In addition, you'll find a courtesy toilet for added comfort.
The second level of the apartment is dedicated to your moments of rest, with three comfortable double bedrooms. The other two bedrooms have two beds each, and you'll have access to another bathroom with shower for added comfort. The apartment is located in the relaxing and elegant district of Sarria, a neighborhood with excellent connections to the center of Barcelona, the Diagonal shopping areas and the picturesque district of Gracia. What's more, in Sarria you'll find attractive fashion boutiques, gourmet stores and excellent restaurants serving quality products.
This accommodation is close to sites of great artistic and architectural renown such as Parc Güell, Place Lesseps, the Royal Palace and its magnificent Ceramics Museum and, last but not least, the Tibidabo Funicular, from the top of which you'll enjoy the best views of Barcelona.
Sarrià is Barcelona's quintessential district, which still enjoys the traditional atmosphere and personality of its original inhabitants; it's a neighborhood filled with boutiques, residences as well as parks, major health centers and prestigious schools. It's a predominantly residential district, close to the Gràcia and Eixample districts, with all the conveniences of central Barcelona. You'll find a wide range of stores, bars and restaurants.
