This charming 130 m² apartment is located in a building with elevator, on the 2nd floor to be precise, and has the added advantage of being close to the Passeig de Gracia metro station, making it easy to get around Barcelona.

The Paseo de Gracia was the main artery of the Eixample, which was born in the 1860s, when the walls that choked Barcelona were demolished.
