On the garden level, you'll enjoy the games room with table soccer and children's games. Outside, terrace, garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, deckchairs, access to the river (secured). EXTERIOR LANDSCAPING IN PROGRESS. Parking is easily available on the street (one car can be parked in the courtyard). Beds will be made up on arrival, linen (tea towels, tablecloths) provided, heating, electricity and wood included in the price. The winegrowers will be pleased to offer you a cellar visit/tasting upon reservation. In the heart of the Champagne vineyards, at the gateway to Burgundy, just 40 minutes from Troyes and its factory outlets, come and spend a peaceful day in this charming gite, ideally situated for nature lovers and Champagne enthusiasts. There's plenty to do for young and old alike: reading, games, toys, coloring, table soccer... In the village, you'll find a playground, city stadium (soccer/basketball), canoe club, bakery and butcher's shop.
