Our 40 m2 apartment is located on Boulevard des Dardanelles in a high-end, semi-recent building. Thanks to its sunny balcony, you'll be able to make the most of those beautiful summer days. Less than 2 minutes from the Vallon des Auffes, it's the ideal place to relax and enjoy your stay in Marseille. All amenities are within walking distance. The apartment's highlight: a private parking space!
The apartment features a bright living room with a sitting area opening onto a fully-equipped, functional kitchen with fridge, microwave, hob, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and more.
Enjoy a lovely, sunny balcony and a parking space in a secure, private parking lot.
The sleeping area comprises a bedroom with a double bed for 2 people and a dressing room.
The bathroom has a shower and vanity unit. Separate WC.
You'll appreciate the immediate proximity of the beaches and Corniche, which are less than 5 minutes away on foot, such as the Plage des Catalans and the little port of Malmousque.
In order to offer you the best possible welcome, we provide linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets and towels. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and a sponge.
We will contact you as soon as we receive your reservation to provide you with all the necessary information, and will remain at your disposal throughout your stay.

To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be made by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit. The amount is EUR 250

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Please note No arrivals after 11:00 pm.
For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.
