This charming apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, spread over three levels that bring dynamism and modernity to the whole.
On the first level, you'll find three comfortable double bedrooms. One of these is an impressive en-suite with a relaxing bathtub, a spacious dressing room and a charming private terrace. The other two bedrooms have two beds each and a bathroom also equipped with a bathtub.
The second level is dedicated to common areas, including the spacious living-dining room with access to the balcony and the fully equipped kitchen. On the third level, you'll find a large terrace where you can relax and enjoy elegant evenings with family and friends.
This apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric stove, electric kettle, oven, fridge/freezer and ceramic hob. For your convenience, the apartment is equipped with an iron, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, heating, washer/dryer and free Wi-Fi. The triplex apartment measures around 85 m² and has an additional 40 m² solarium. It is located in a building with an elevator (second floor) and offers private parking for €25 per day.
