On the raised ground floor, you'll find a kitchen, a cosy living room, a spacious dining room with wine cellar, 2 double bedrooms (beds 180x200) with private shower rooms, an independent toilet with laundry area. Upstairs, a family room (1 bed 180x200 + 2 beds 90x200), a twin room (2 beds 90x200 that can be made into a double bed) and a shower room (shower, washbasin, baby bath and changing table) with toilet. Each room has a TV with Netflix and My Canal access. Outside, terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, brazier, playground (to come), enclosed garden with tented lounge and access to the river. Parking on the property. EXTERIOR LANDSCAPING IN PROGRESS. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, beds will be made on arrival, towels and household linen provided, and end-of-day cleaning, heating and electricity included in the price.
