A cosy and comfortable living room with TV, wifi and Bluetooth speaker, a lovely fully-equipped kitchen (electric oven, induction hob, kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee maker, blender...), a dining area, all opening onto a wooden terrace, furnished with a beautiful unobstructed view of the hills and a glimpse of the sea. One double bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed. A second double bedroom with a 140x200cm bed. Shower room and separate toilet. A washing machine.
For your comfort: Air conditioning in the living room, Tv, Wifi, electric oven, washing machine, communal swimming pool and tennis court in the residence, electric barbecue, outdoor furniture...
