The entrance to the house leads to the living room with a lounge area (sofa, flat-screen TV) and a dining area.
Prepare your meals in the fully-equipped kitchen: 4-burner gas hob + gas oven, extractor fan, microwave, filter coffee maker, NESPRESSO coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and fridge with freezer...
The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms. The first with 1 140cm bed and the second with 2 90cm bunk beds + a 140cm BZ.
A shower room with shower, hairdryer and electric towel rail.
A separate toilet.
A laundry room with washing machine, condensation dryer and a second toilet.
For outdoor lunches with family or friends, depending on the weather, you can choose between a covered and enclosed terrace or the terrace at the front of the house.
Relax in the large enclosed garden. Let the kids or your little pet run around while you relax in the sun loungers and read a holiday book...

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 30 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7 € per day or 39 € per week within the limits of available stock
