In the commune of Canet-en-Roussillon, we offer you this charming 58 m² apartment with sea and mountain views, about 100 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers.
Located on the 2nd floor (with elevator), the apartment is composed as follows :
- A 28 m² air-conditioned living room with TV, double sofa bed (160x200) and dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

The apartment is ideally located in Canet-en-Roussillon, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the public parking lots close to the accommodation. From June 1 to September 30, a prepaid parking space will be available at the Balcons du Front de Mer parking lot, 30 m away (with a unique card to be handed in at the accommodation).

- Dolce Gusto coffee machine pods not supplied
- The parking card (available from June 1 to September 30) is unique and non-replaceable. Please do not misplace it and return it to the accommodation after your departure.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
