Built on one of the hills of the Domaine de Valcros, with private saltwater swimming pool, private garden and magnificent view of the Maures massif.
Quiet neighborhood on the heights of Valcros, with close but unoverlooked neighbors.
The house has been designed to guarantee total privacy.
The south-facing exteriors overlook the wild vegetation of the surrounding hills.
Inside, there's an entrance hall with a mezzanine office for teleworking, a first double bedroom with a 140x200 cm bed, a second bedroom with two 140x200 cm double bunk beds, and a bathroom with toilet. All rooms are air-conditioned.
On the main level, a spacious air-conditioned living/dining room equipped with TV, Home-Cinema DVD player, WiFi and Fiber. A fully-equipped open kitchen (American fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, glass-ceramic hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, mixer, hood, etc.), all opening onto a beautiful 120 m² terrace on two levels, with lean-to, pergola and wisteria shade, gas plancha, ornamental pond with fish, solar shower and annex including washing machine and dryer.
A third en suite bedroom with shower room and 140x190 cm bed, terrace view and air-conditioning.
Within the development, the outdoor communal areas are planted with trees and flowers, with plots, terraces, staircases and footpaths winding through a Mediterranean garden of endemic plants.
Tennis court and communal swimming pool, 2 petanque courts, swings, table tennis tables, basketball hoop, beach volleyball courts and soccer are available free of charge to all tenants (bring your own rackets and/or balls).
Numerous organized activities offered in collaboration with local tenants and owners: aquagym, mountain biking, weekly aperitif, etc.
Deposit 2000€ (by credit card, not debited), tourist tax (according to current rates), compulsory end-of-stay cleaning 160€.
