Located on the 5th floor with elevator, it comprises:
- one bedroom with a double bed ;
- one bedroom with single bed ;
- two en-suite bathrooms;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- dining area with table and chairs;
- a library with a mattress on the floor;
- a lounge to relax in after a day's hiking.
You'll particularly appreciate its brightness and terrace.
During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Cot, Wifi, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Iron, Fan, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge.
Please note that there is a security guard in the building.
The apartment is quiet, with the bedrooms facing the courtyard and the living room overlooking the canal.
The latter is full of life in summer, usually welcoming Paris Plage!
The apartment is close to the metro station for easy access to the city center.
Here are a few good addresses to recommend in the neighborhood:
- Cambuse (very pleasant wine bar just down from the apartment) ;
- Monoprix (one on Avenue de Flandres and one on Avenue Secrétan);
- Franprix (on Avenue de Flandres);
- Biocoop (quai de la Loire).
There are also a number of shops on Avenue de Laumière (butcher's, fishmonger's, greengrocers, Italian grocer's, etc.).
