This sunny, 3rd-floor apartment (with lift) is in the centre of Menton, just a 6-minute walk from the glorious Promenade du Soleil and the Plage de Fossan. The apartment, which sleeps 4 people, is a convenient base for family or friends who want to explore this eternally popular part of the Côte d’Azur.
The attractive residence, built in the traditional style is on a quiet side street. The charming balcony, off the main sitting room, is furnished with a small table and chairs, making it perfect for morning coffee or evening aperitifs looking out over the terracotta rooftops of the town.
The spacious living area is on the corner of the residence so has French windows on 2 sides, making it airy and full of sunlight. It is furnished with a sofa, a large flat-screen TV and an elegant glass dining table, with 4 chairs. The open-plan kitchen is at the back of the living area. It is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, coffee machine and fridge/freezer.

Location
The beautiful town of Menton is known for its temperate climate, exotic gardens, culture, beautiful beaches and the Medieval Old Town. It lies between Monaco (30 minutes) and the Italian border (5 minutes) and has all the charm of the French and Italian Rivieras.
Centrally located, guests will find all the amenities such as a bakery, pharmacy and supermarket just 5 minutes walk from the front door. For the best local produce, head to the covered market, Le Marché des Halles, on Quai de Monleon (10 minute walk). Every day of the week you can find the finest regional food including cheese, fish, charcuterie etc.
For a taste of French culture, the Musée Jean Cocteau is just 9 minutes walk, opposite the market. Here you can enjoy some of the artist’s finest work. Going back in time, Menton’s Old Town (10 minute walk) is home to the Baroque Basilica of St Michel Archange de Menton. The cathedral towers over the old buildings which slope down to the Old Port (10-minute walk). Here you will find some of the world’s most expensive yachts. For a swim in the Mediterranean Sea, the beach (La Plage de Fossan) is just a 9-minute walk.
Nice airport is just 40 minutes away. Alternatively, Menton railway station is a 12-minute walk.
