The impressive pool, located about 75 meters from the house and boasting generous dimensions (12m x 6m and a depth of 1.20 to 2.50 meters), invites you to take a refreshing swim with panoramic views of the mountains. Additionally, an outdoor shower offers the opportunity to cool off after a day of exploration. The barbecue allows you to prepare delicious outdoor meals, while the loungers and umbrellas offer comfortable spots for sunbathing and relaxing. Privacy is absolute in this space surrounded by fruit trees and fenced.

The interior of the villa is cosy and comfortable. On the ground floor, the living room with central heating provides a welcoming space to unwind, equipped with satellite TV. The dining room, open to the living room, is perfect for enjoying meals with family. The kitchen, fully equipped with a ceramic hob, has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. On the first floor, you'll find three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two single beds each, all featuring ceiling fans, heating, and wardrobes. Additionally, a crib is available. The villa boasts five bathrooms with showers, two of which are en suite, and one located outside, near the pool. The separate laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Esporles, nestled in the Tramuntana Mountains of Mallorca, is a charming destination with much to offer. Cycling and hiking enthusiasts will find here the perfect starting point to explore the mountains. Enjoy nature with walks along local trails, such as the route to Finca de Son Mas or the visit to the impressive La Granja estate. The nearest beach, Cala Banyalbufar, is a pebble cove with crystal-clear waters that, while not in Esporles, is a nearby visit worth it for its natural beauty and tranquillity. In Esporles, you can explore the charming historic centre, visit the parish church, and the ethnological museum. Additionally, indulge in local delights at its restaurants and wineries.
