Located in the heart of the 20th arrondissement, this beautiful 55 square-meter apartment has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay in the City of Light.

Located on the 1st floor with elevator, it comprises :

You'll particularly appreciate its brightness and calm.
For your comfort, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Fan, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Senseo coffee machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
It should be noted that the apartment has a mud wall that provides hydrothermal comfort by storing heat or coolness and then releasing it. This helps reduce differences in indoor temperatures between day and night.
In addition, the north-east-facing aspect means that the house is exposed to the sun only in the mornings.

Location
Overall, the district is lively, popular and friendly. It's particularly characterized by the large number of theaters and cafés. There's something for everyone, from punk rock to ethnic music, especially in the Bagnolet area south of the cemetery and in Ménilmontant, around the Butte and the avenue of the same name.
