Very well located, this cosy 70 square-meter apartment (90 square meters on the ground) has all the amenities you need for a peaceful stay in the immediate vicinity of Paris.
Sleeping up to 4 people, it's ideal for a family.

Accommodation
This apartment has lots of character!
Located on the 5th floor without elevator, it comprises:
- a night floor with a double bed 160 x 200 and a desk;
- a bedroom with a 160 x 200 trundle bed;
- a functional shower room;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- a dining area with table and chairs;
- a lounge for relaxing after a day's walking.
You'll particularly appreciate its brightness and calm.
During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Oven, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is close to all amenities:
- a small "Carrefour" supermarket 2 minutes' walk away, ideal for convenience shopping;
- a large "Casino" supermarket is also on Boulevard Jean Jaurès;
- A very pleasant bar ("le plan A") is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment (open every evening until 11 p.m.);
- Metro line 13 is a 6-minute walk away (2 stations to Village des Batignolles);
- the Clichy-Levallois train station is less than 10 minutes' walk away;
- a 25-minute walk will take you to the Parc Martin Luther-King (I recommend a coffee at DOSE).
- the "Mairie de Clichy" underground parking lot is very practical and secure (right next to the apartment).
You can also take advantage of the local market with fresh produce every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.

Location
Also known as Clichy-la-Garenne, the town of Clichy borders Paris. Originally a Gallo-Roman villa, the village has gradually expanded while retaining its authentic character. A heavily wooded area until the Middle Ages, the town's name was changed to Clichy-la-Garenne in reference to the many royal hunting parties that took place here. The Revolution marked a turning point in the town's economic activities. Laundresses and washerwomen flourished. The famous "Goulue" of the Moulin Rouge was one of Clichy's laundresses. Industrialization took hold in the commune in the early 19th century, with the arrival of the Maës crystal glassworks and the Appert glassworks, followed by Citroën in 1950. However, Clichy has not lost its "village" character, which it intends to preserve between modernity and tradition.
