Magnificent 23-square-meter studio apartment in Paris' 11th arrondissement.
Located in the heart of the 11th arrondissement, this cozy 23-square-meter apartment has all the amenities you need for a peaceful stay in Paris.
Sleeping up to 4 people, it's ideal for a couple.

Accommodation
This studio overlooks a courtyard!
Located on the 1st floor without elevator, it includes:
- a sleeping area with a double mezzanine bed ;
- a functional shower room
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- a relaxation area with a sofa bed.
You'll particularly appreciate its brightness and calm.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, Washing machine, Hair dryer, Microwave, Coffee machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is ideally located:
- close to metro lines 3, 5 and 9 ;
- in a very safe, yet typically Parisian neighborhood.
There are also plenty of small restaurants in the vicinity. Here are my favorites:

⁃ Paris Féni: lunch or dinner (Bangladeshi) ;
⁃ Isola (Italian restaurant);
⁃ Chez Gros (reservations required) ;

⁃ Ave Maria: (tapas/Brazilian restaurant) ;
⁃ Ober Mama (trendy pizzeria) ;
⁃ Mio Posto (very nice restaurant too) ;
⁃ Le Carreau (this is a good French bistro) ;
⁃ Le Barav (good wine bar Place Carreau du Temple).
You'll find a "Franprix" supermarket at the foot of the building for your small everyday purchases.
Places of interest close to the apartment:
- Palais Garnier 20 minutes by metro;
- Louvre Museum: 25 minutes by bus;
- Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral 30 minutes by metro;
- the Eiffel Tower 35 minutes away; and much more...

Location
Paris's 11th arrondissement stretches from the Place de la Bastille to the Place de la Nation and the Place de la République. Far from being uniform, it's nevertheless consistent in the idea that it's a lively arrondissement, full of bars and restaurants, where there's plenty to experience.
The Bastille district is particularly lively, overlooking numerous shopping districts, offices, colleges and hospitals, as well as the Gare de Lyon, which brings a steady stream of travelers to the center.
