Located in the heart of the 6th arrondissement, this cozy 74-square-meter apartment has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay in Marseille.
Accommodating up to 7 people, it's ideal for a family.

Located on the first floor, it comprises:
- a bedroom with a double bed ;
- a bedroom with a pull-out bed ;
- a bedroom with a loft bed (composed of a double bed and an upper single bed);
- a functional shower room ;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a large living room with dining area and Scandinavian sofa (where an extra person could sleep);
- a small private courtyard of 14 m².
You'll appreciate its location between town center and beaches.
During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Iron, Hairdryer, Oven, 3 marble fireplaces out of order, Capsule coffee machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
It should be noted that the apartment has a 3.6m high ceiling, giving an impression of space.
The apartment is close to numerous restaurants.
You'll find a "Carrefour City" less than 50 m from the building for your everyday shopping needs.

You won't find a better place to store in Marseille, especially around Place Notre-dame du Mont.
