Welcome to our charming gîte located near an old water mill, the owners' home, where rustic charm meets modern comfort. Nestled in a peaceful green landscape, our accommodation offers an idyllic getaway for nature lovers and history buffs alike. Wake up to the gentle murmur of the river and the song of the birds, then enjoy your coffee on the sunny terrace while admiring the breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. Whether you're a history buff or a lover of old stones, discover Souvigny, a charming medieval village and Cluny site just 3 km away. Hiking, cycling, ... the choice is yours.
You may have the opportunity to enjoy the swimming pool with balneo seat (10 x 4 m, 1.50 m deep) in early summer. Work in progress on the terrace around the pool. Ground floor: kitchen opening onto living room with fireplace (access via 2 steps), shower room and separate toilet, laundry room (access via 2 steps). Dining room. First floor: 1 bedroom for 2 people (2 beds 90*200), 2 adjoining bedrooms for 3 people (3 beds 90*200) and 2 people (1 bed 160*200) respectively, with access at the back to a shower room (shower and wc). The entire gîte has reversible air-conditioning. Plus : electricity and heating included. Free wood.
A lockable shed is available for storing bikes or motorcycles.
An interior alarm is deactivated during your stay, and exterior cameras are present for your security. The banks of the creek promise great adventures. Parents, please remain vigilant.
