Located in the urbanization TARALPE in Los Pinos de Alhaurín, this beautiful semi-detached house is the ideal accommodation for holidays with friends or family. You can't miss its 185 m2 exterior area full of trees, flowers and lawns that have been lovingly cared for.
The house has enough space at the front to park at least two cars and a little corner on the right to have a coffee or read a book. The little ones will have at their disposal a little wooden house where they can play with their toys. You will have at your disposal a barbecue and a vegetable garden to take care of for those who love this type of activity.
On the side of the house is the porch with a dining table and chairs where you can enjoy a fun evening around a meal or some board games. At the back of the house you will find a small garden and the access door to the communal swimming pool.
On the ground floor of 77 m2 there is a spacious living room with smart tv, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and a work room for those who are teleworking and at the same time watch the children playing outside.
A central space in the basement measuring about 76 m2 has been set up for our guests. There are two single beds in the basement and the temperature is always pleasant and there is no need for air conditioning or a fan in summer. However, a fan is at your disposal if necessary.
The first floor of 78 m2 is accessed by stairs that lead to a bedroom with a double bed, an en suite bathroom with bathtub and views of a quiet street and the garden.
A second bedroom with two 90 cm beds with toys and books on the shelves. The third bedroom also has a 90 cm bed, a desk and good views of the courtyard and a quiet street.
All the bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning with hot/cold pump. In addition to the air conditioners, the rooms have ceiling fans for those who can't stand the intense cold.
The whole house has WIFI. We put at the disposal of our guests 2 adult bicycles, 1 baby seat, 1 car seat and 1 baby cot on request.
The house is 18 minutes by car from Malaga airport, 7 minutes from the centre of Alhaurín de la Torre and 7 minutes from the Mercadona supermarket in calle San Juan number 7.
The area where the house is located is quiet and familiar so we ask our guests to behave well so as not to harm the coexistence with the neighbours. The communal swimming pool in summer has sunshades and
is shared with the neighbours of the urbanisation.
