Situated in an area close to Les Sables d'Olonne train station and a stone's throw from all the town's amenities (Port Olona, town centre, train station, large beach), this modern, well-equipped house will welcome you in total serenity for good times with family or friends!
You'll enjoy a beautiful living room opening onto the terrace, equipped with two sofas, coffee tables, TV, WiFi and an extendable dining table with 4 chairs, ideal for good meals and evenings of board games!
A fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen with kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Krups coffee machine, etc.
Outside, you'll find a large, well-exposed, fully fenced wooden terrace, with all the equipment you need to make the most of your stay: garden furniture and a brazier, ideal for barbecues.
On the night side, upstairs, you will find a first bedroom with a 160cm bed and a dressing room and a master suite with a 180 x 2 metre bed and an adjoining shower room fitted with a walk-in shower, two basins and a storage unit, a hairdryer, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
