Large and cheerful villa with private pool and wonderful sea views in Benissa, Costa Blanca, Spain for 16 persons. The house is situated 2 km from Cala Baladrar beach.The villa has 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, spread over 3 floors. This spacious, traditional villa is very quiet located in the long-established urbanisation Montemar in Benissa. Ideally located in the centre of the triangle Moraira, Benissa, Calpe. At 2 km from the sea and its famous Cala Baladrar and at 5 min drive from the Golf de Ifach in San Jaime. Moraira can be reached in less than 15 minutes by car as can the old town of Benissa village. The beautiful sandy beach La Fossa in Calpe is also about 15 minutes drive away.The property is well maintained and divided into 3 separate floors, each with its own access and nice views to the Mediterranean Sea.
