Spectacular house with personality on the beach of La Fosca de Palamós, just a few minutes from the center of Palamós village.
The house features a bright, modern living room with a fully equipped open kitchen. Leaving the dining room, you'll find a magnificent terrace with spectacular views of the sea and the communal pool, ideal for sharing unique moments. Leaving the kitchen, you'll find a relaxation area with barbecue that connects to the main terrace.
On the second floor, the house has 4 bedrooms, a large suite with bathroom and air conditioning, 2 single bedrooms and 1 single bedroom with two beds, including a trundle bed. Brightness pervades all areas of the house, not to mention the beautiful decor and pleasant wood and terrazzo floors.
On the second floor is a spacious bedroom with two single sofa beds, air-conditioned and opening onto a spectacular wooden terrace with stunning sea views.
The property has two private parking spaces.
Nearby is Palamós, a fishing village with a family atmosphere, spectacular coves for swimming, renowned gastronomy and an excellent location for discovering the best of the Costa Brava.
Spectacular coastal paths, cycling excursions in the Gavarres nature park, the Palamós fishing museum, mini-cruises along the coast, kayak excursions, scuba diving and a wide variety of leisure activities for you to enjoy during your vacation.
Other charming towns include Calella de Palafrugell, Llafranc and Tamariu, where you can enjoy spectacular coves and the gastronomy of the Costa Brava. 10 km away is the town of Playa de Aro, which offers a wide range of leisure and commercial activities.
