Built in 1992 from stone and featuring construction and design qualities that no longer exist, the building is located on the front line of Palamós' Paseo del Mar. The building boasts an elegant reception area, an elevator to access both the apartment and the parking lot, or the main entrance. Electric doorman with viewfinder. The apartment is suitable for people with reduced mobility, but the entrance to the building has three steps. Wheelchair access is possible via the parking lot ramp.
It has an extended terrace of 17 + 3 meters on the entire front of the property with a unique sea view.
You enter the very large living room from which we can continue to enjoy the sea, tastefully decorated, three large sofas crown the center of the room from which you access the terrace, marble floors and high quality double-glazed windows, central air conditioning appreciated in all rooms of the apartment. Connected to the living room by sliding wooden doors is a beautiful dining room, from which you can also access the terrace, linked to the large, fully-equipped independent kitchen (dishwasher, 2 fridges, ceramic hob and hob burner, full set of crockery, toaster, vacuum cleaner, Nesspreso Krups, electric oven, microwave, electric juicer, washing machine, tumble dryer, blender).
In the left wing of the apartment is a large main room, the suite. It features built-in wardrobes and access to a private balcony with side sea views. The floors are solid wood. It connects to a beautiful marble bathroom, which has two sinks, a large Jacuzzi and a separate shower with jets.
In the same area, we also find a double bedroom en suite, which has two single beds. The bathroom in this room is adapted for people with reduced mobility, both the shower and the toilet.
