** Beautiful house with swimming pool and sea view, located in a privileged residential area just 10 minutes from the Costa Brava's best beaches.
Modernly built, with spacious rooms and wooden floors, very bright and warm, the house can accommodate 10 people and consists of two separate houses that allow two families to enjoy comfort and privacy.
On the first floor, the house is distributed in a vast 60-meter living room with modern kitchen-dining room with large windows that fill it with light and give access to the garden. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge-freezer and toaster.
On the first floor, we also find a 15-meter double bedroom with a large window and access to the garden, two double bedrooms, one with a single bed and a large bathroom. This area is semi-adapted for disabled guests.
The second floor with independent access is distributed in a spacious, bright and modern living room with fireplace from which we can access a large terrace with a magnificent view and the sea in the background.
Two large bedrooms: one double with access to the terrace and another with 2 single beds, a modern bathroom and a kitchen with dishwasher complete this floor.
The exterior consists of a beautiful garden with a wooden terrace featuring a pergola, a relaxation area with relaxing furniture, a swimming pool and a spectacular unobstructed view of the sea in the background.
The property has a parking area for vehicles, a large garden and is located in the highest area of Vall.llobrega town, making it very private and quiet and allowing you to enjoy spectacular views.
Vall.llobrega is a very quiet little town, and just 3 km away is one of the most exclusive beaches in the Baix Emporda, Playa del Castell.
Just 15 minutes from the house, Platja de aro, the town with the largest number of leisure activities in the region: cinemas, restaurants of all kinds, water park, children's park, shopping, complete the entertainment package.
