Beautiful house with land and pool located in a residential area near the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava.
Property on a plot of 580 meters of modern construction, the house consists of a spacious living room, a large kitchen with dining table, 4 bedrooms, a bedroom with double bed with television, a double bedroom with two double beds another double bedroom with a double bed and a large bedroom with television where we found a double bed and a bunk bed with two beds. The property has two bathrooms.
The outdoor area, a comfortable space, with privacy in which we found the swimming pool, barbecue and outdoor dining area.
An ideal property for family vacations as it is located in a very quiet and at the same time very well connected area, where you can spend a relaxing vacation in the countryside and close to the sea.
Location
The property is located on the outskirts of the town of Calonge, in the Costa Brava region, a Costa Brava village with a wine-growing tradition and a medieval old town. The house is in a very quiet location, close to forests and fields, and about 1 km from the Costa Brava beaches.
Nearby is Palamós, a fishing village with a family atmosphere, spectacular coves for swimming, renowned gastronomy and a privileged location for getting to know the best places on the Costa Brava.
Spectacular traffic circles, cycling excursions in the Gavarres nature park, the Palamós fishing museum, mini-cruises along the coast, excursions to Caïac, diving baptisms and numerous leisure activities to enjoy during your vacation.
Seven kilometers away is the town of Playa de Aro, with its wide range of entertainment and stores.
