an entrance hall, a living room with TELEVISION and WIFI, a kitchen equipped with 4 gas rings, electric oven, DISHWASHER, MICRO ONDES, and fridge/freezer, two bedrooms each with a 140 cm bed, a third bedroom with a 140 cm bed and an extra 70 cm bed for a child, a shower room with double washbasin on cabinet and Italian shower, a WC, a garage used as storage room with WASHING MACHINE and pleasant garden with terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and plancha. Pitch for two vehicles. Family campsite adjoining the garden (please contact us). Cleaning provided by tenant. Linen not provided, can be rented from our partner, please contact us. Heating from October 1 to May 31 extra according to meter reading.
